Yes! All SMB locations offer take-out and curbside pick-up options. Place your curbside order in just a few easy steps.
Do all locations offer delivery?
Most SMB locations offer direct delivery through GrubHub. Please visit GrubHub’s site to find the location nearest you.
What if GrubHub doesn’t deliver to my location?
We’re always expanding our partnerships and delivery options with reliable third-party services. If GrubHub doesn’t currently deliver to you, you can check back occasionally for partner updates or order online for convenient curbside pick-up.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
For your convenience, an estimated delivery time is always provided when placing an order. After your order is picked up from SMB, it’s up to the third-party delivery service to transport it in a reasonable amount of time. If you have any issues receiving your delivery order, please contact GrubHub support or your assigned driver directly.
What if my delivery order is incorrect or never arrives?
If you placed your order through the SMB website or app, you can contact the restaurant location to speak with a manager or to-go specialist. Please let the manager know that you ordered through our website or app and they will assist you in resolving the issue. If you placed your order through our third-party delivery partner, please contact GrubHub support or your assigned driver directly.
Can I use a gift card to pay for take-out?
While there is not currently an option to use a Copper Card when ordering through our website or app, you can use it to pay for take-out or curbside orders placed over the phone.

COVID-19

Are you open for in-house dinning?
Yes, all SMB locations are currently open for in-house dinning. However, if you feel more comfortable ordering curbside pick-up or delivery through our third-party partner, you can place a contact-free order here.
What is SMB doing to keep guests and customers safe?
The safety of our team and guests is our top priority. Upon reopening our locations, SMB implemented the following safety precautions and practices:

  • Consistent cleaning and sanitizing of all high-traffic areas.
  • All team members are required to wear face masks during their shift.
  • All dining areas have been spaced out to allow for 6-feet of distance between tables when possible.
  • All team members are required to wash their hands frequently, including before and after handling food.
  • No one is allowed to come to work sick. If a team member is feeling under the weather, they are encouraged to stay home until cleared by a medical professional.

In addition, we encourage our guests to:

  • Wear face masks when not seated at the table.
  • Wash their hands before and after eating.
  • Social distance when possible.
  • Limit party sizes based on the most recent CDC recommendations.
  • Not enter the building when sick or experiencing symptoms.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! All SMB locations offer the Copper Card for purchase in the amount of your choosing.
How do I purchase a Copper Card?
To purchase a Copper Card, stop by any Copper Cellar Family restaurant location or order online. For immediate gifts, we recommend purchasing an e-certificate.
Where can I use my Copper Card?
Copper Cards are good at any Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants locations, as well as our Copper Cellar Marketplace.
Will my Copper Card expire?
No. For your convenience, our Copper Cards never expire or lose value.
How do I check the balance of a Copper Card?
